Every GiggleMe shirt is printed just for you after you order.
How long it takes
- Printing: 2–5 business days.
- US shipping: 3–4 business days after it prints. Most US orders arrive 5–9 business days after you order.
- Outside the US: usually 1–3 weeks after printing, depending on the country. Customs duties or import taxes are paid by the customer.
- Holidays: from mid-November through December, allow extra time.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, once per order. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Something wrong with it? We'll fix it for free.
If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or it's the wrong item, email capturethemoment101@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement, or a full refund if you'd rather. You don't need to send anything back.
Package never showed up?
Email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll send a new one or refund you.
Wrong size or changed your mind?
Because each shirt is printed just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or a change of heart. Please check the size chart before you order. Not sure between two sizes? Size up for a roomier fit.
Changes and cancellations
Email us right away. If printing hasn't started, we'll fix or cancel it. Once your shirt is in production, we can't change or cancel the order.
Wrong address
If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll send it again, but the reshipping cost is on you.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
