SHIPPING POLICY

Every GiggleMe shirt is printed just for you after you order. Here's how long that takes.

PRINTING: 2–5 business days
Your shirt is printed, checked and packed by our print partner.

US SHIPPING: 3–4 business days after it's printed
Most US orders arrive 5–9 business days after you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays.

OUTSIDE THE US
We ship to most countries. International orders usually arrive 1–3 weeks after printing, depending on the country. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the customer.

HOLIDAYS AND BIG SALES: allow extra time
From mid-November through December, printing and shipping both slow down. Order by the date on our homepage banner to get it before Christmas.

COST
Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you'll see the exact price before you pay.

TRACKING
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or use Track My Order at the bottom of our site.

ORDERS WITH MORE THAN ONE ITEM
They usually ship together. Sometimes items are printed in different places and arrive in separate packages.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll happily send it again, but the reshipping cost is on you. Returned packages are held for 30 days, then donated.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Need to change your size or address? Email capturethemoment101@gmail.com right away. If printing hasn't started yet, we'll fix or cancel it. Once your shirt is in production, we can't change or cancel the order.

LOST OR LATE?
If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 15 business days after you ordered (25 outside the US), email capturethemoment101@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
